Skillet Snow Peas

Take a nice mess (8oz. to 16oz.) of snow peas or sugar snap peas
Put them in a pot of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes take out and
Drain then place in a hot skillet of extra virgin olive oil some chopped
Roasted garlic and a generous amount of BIG FAT JERRY'S
GOURMET SEASONING, cook for 5 to 10 minutes and serve.
